1. File your petition with the USCIS
The first step is to make sure that you have all the required documentation and supporting evidence for the Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), which you must file with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS).
Your immigration consultant will guide you through the requirements and will gather all your evidence in a physical file. You won’t have to deal with a mountain of bureaucratic paperwork, as we will also mail the Petition and the proof file to USCIS as required, from inside the U.S. |
2. National Visa Center Review
After your Petition has been approved, your case will be handed over to the National Visa Center. The NVC will conduct additional reviews and may require more information or supporting evidence. Once the NVC determines that your application is compliant, they will forward it to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate closest to the home of the foreign fiancé(e).
Have our immigration team by your side at every step. Your personal consultant will keep you updated and will maintain communication with the authorities on your behalf. |
3. Embassy Interview
The foreign fiancé(e) will need to fill in a non-immigrant visa application and to schedule a complete medical checkup (through an authorized physician) as well as a face-to-face Embassy interview with a Consular officer. During the interview, the applicant has to prove that their visa case is genuine.
Schedule the medical examination and the interview with the help of your dedicated assistant, who will also walk you through the process and help you prepare for it. Your visa application status will usually be determined at the end of the interview. Should it require further administrative investigations, you’ve got our full support until the final step of your application. |
